Meet the chef
Lauren Giunta was raised by legacy culinarians in South Jersey, and spent her childhood with her face buried in cookbooks. She went on to spend a decade working in seasonally driven, fine-dining restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area and Philadelphia before transitioning to market-garden farming. Food is her love language & expression of creativity. References are available upon request.
